Shipping
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. All our products are made only once we receive the order. So please know that your ordered item has been specially made for you. Orders are shipped twice a week using bluedart as our logistics partner and the customer will receive it within 3-4 weeks* from ordering since our dyeing process takes anything between 7-15 days, depending on the weather. International shipping time may differ according to the location. All orders are shipped from our studio in Ahmedabad. Incase the customer requires the delivery to be done urgently, we can surely try and will have to be notified atleast 7 days in advance.
*Since its peak festive season our current dispatch timelines are between 30-40 working days. Really appreciate your patience.
Shipping within India
Once shipped please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.
International Shipping
CHAMBRAY & CO. ships to almost all major countries using DHL as our logistics partner. All the international payments are accepted via Paypal. Please be aware that the above shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may levied upon reaching the destination country. We have have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be.
Accuracy:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on CHAMBRAY & CO.. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Naturally dyed, handwoven fabrics often feature unique undulations in the weave, a distinctive characteristic of their handmade nature. Additionally, variations in handwork are inherent to the process, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind and impossible to replicate exactly.
Bespoke Items:
Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any items as all our products are made to order, bespoke or customised, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Exchange:
We offer exchange in sizes. The customer must initiate the size exchange request via email at info@chambrayanco.in, within 1 week of receiving the goods. The goods must be sent back in their original state, unused and with intact tags. Each piece goes through a quality check, packed and sealed carefully. The product is only eligible for a return in the case of damage in transit. We do not accept returns or exchange on custom made, or made to measure pieces.
Sale Items:
Items sold under promotions, or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned
WHY COD IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SOME CART CONTENTS: OUR COD POLICY
We provide FREE SHIPPING on PREPAID orders above 2000INR all over India, however Cash On Delivery charges will be EXTRA. These charges will be calculated automatically at the checkout based on the price of the product ordered.
Our COD FACILITY is NOT available for the following :
- Non-COD Serviceable Pin Codes in India
- When order value is more than ₹ 10000
- Bulk Orders
- Products in SALE category
- Orders which have Stitching service included in Cart
- When shipping address is Outside India
Some customers do not accept COD order at the time of delivery due to various reasons – including change of mind. Due to this the parcel comes back to us which is called as RTO or return to Origin – which includes 200% courier fee. That means that for a parcel that is not delivered and comes back to us we have to spend approx Rs 400-600 INR unnecessarily. Moreover if the product was short in supply it is blocked only in transit for 15-20 days – and during this time a genuine buyer is not able to buy that product as it becomes temporarily out of stock! So- in the end only the genuine customers suffer due to non-delivery of a confirmed COD order.
We are always happy to provide COD of any value to all genuine customers who have a good track record in accepting COD orders. We process such orders manually and change a high value transaction into COD for all genuine clients. On the other hand – we blacklist all customers who do not accept COD orders without a valid reason.
In addition to this please also note that, “If any Confirmed COD order” is refused by a customer at the time of delivery , we will not be able to provide COD facility to that client in future.
Reason being:
1. The Product if refused gets blocked because of that order and some one else is not able to place the order. This is specially true for those products for which we have very limited quantity or those products which have a High demand.
2. The reverse logistics is an additional cost which ultimately affects overall pricing on the site.

Please also note that shipping time of COD orders will be 8-14 days from date of Order. This can be a little more longer in case a product is under pre-booking or upcoming category. Pre-Paid orders are usually shipped faster.
